After attempting to work with some different electric companies to get my 3-phase service installed I contacted John-Boy. They did tell me that it would be a little bit to get scheduled and out to install but they worked me in faster. Install went smoothly and now I can use my 3-phase service. Shortly after the install I had a question about a 3-phase battery charger for my forklift and they came back out and we were able to go through the charger and make sure it was properly set up for my service. Very happy with their work. Service: Electrical panel replacement or upgrading
Called weekly for the last two months wanting to get several electrical issues fixed. Kept being informed "You are on the list - we will call you back later this week" but never heard ANYTHING. No effort of communication on their part was made.
Called multiple time to request estimates and work. Always was told they would call back and never did. After4 attempts I gave up Service: General repairs
