Garrett was pleasant, efficient, and professional. He texted when he was almost here, and he was very close to being on time, which was a surprise, since I had a 10 am appointment. I know how easy it is to get behind on appointments. Even though he ran into a slight issue (my fault, and we had to shut off the water to the whole house, which was located in a pretty tight spot in the basement), he did everything I asked quickly. For the first licensed plumber I have had to hire in a few years, this was an excellent experience. The company got me onto the schedule fast and handled the job like the pros they are. They came out to fix a leak. My mother in law can not get around very well so she could not follow them around to supervise. They damaged the skirting around the trailer and didn’t even say anything or try to fix it. Service: Plumbing pipe repair

We hired PAE to fix some plumbing areas where another company’s repiping was not enough. PAE also re plumbed our laundry after the first company, and is now properly at code. They worked hard and thoroughly! The attention to the steps at the end of the job was impressive. I liked the communication skills in the plumbers! I will trust the explanations I’m given by Logan, because he is clear, concise, and confident when helping us to picture the problems at hand and solutions.
