PAE Plumbing LLC

The plumbing crew was great. They came in got us a fair quote, and did a quick job of fixing the pipe in our shower/tub. They installed a tub for us and everything was great. They even wiped down the floor when they left. There were some things we were unhappy with, but the good news is that PAE reached out to get it resolved. With the updates to the work we can say we are very pleased and happy with the outcome of our tub/shower. It was nice that they were not willing to let bad work slide and they came out and fixed the issues we had with it. We hired PAE to fix some plumbing areas where another company’s repiping was not enough. PAE also re plumbed our laundry after the first company, and is now properly at code. They worked hard and thoroughly! The attention to the steps at the end of the job was impressive. I liked the communication skills in the plumbers! I will trust the explanations I’m given by Logan, because he is clear, concise, and confident when helping us to picture the problems at hand and solutions. R/O unit installed. This company charges by the time it takes vs a job completed. Workers not confident, took a long time to read instructions, worked slowly. I had sent photos before they came as requested yet apparently they didn't take the time to look at things before coming to install. I'm not happy that I'm paying for their learning on my dime. My expectation as a customer was that they would look at things and come more prepared. This did not happen. Instead I ended up paying for too much time watching them as they insecurely went about the install. I don't recommend this company.
