Budget Electric Generators

I scheduled a quote from this company between noon and 3pm on a day last week. Nobody came out and nobody called. I called in to see what was going on and they asked me to reschedule for the next day at 130pm but nobody apologized. Then they call me the next morning asking to reschedule again, this time with an apology which I appreciated. The rep who came out was nice but was obviously in a hurry. Overall, not very impressed and I wont be working with this company.

My name is Larry Jonas. I just want to pass along in dealing with Shawna Dudley. She was fantastic to talk to,very professional and answered all our questions. She put us at ease with her help. During that big wind storm (50-60 MPH winds) we had last week we lost power. Our generator kicked on as it should and worked for several hours before dying. I called a local electrician first and left a message. I the called Budget (our original installer) and left a message on their emergency line. Conan called me back within a half hour and explained that they were running all over the place but he would put me on the list. We live over a hour away from Budget so I figured we were going to have a long wait. Conan then said he would try to talk me through getting it started in between his calls. He explained what he thought was wrong and what to do (block the blowing snowfrom the intake). Once I got that done he said to call him back. I did and he answered right away. He talked me through starting it and it worked. No more problems for the rest of the time. Big shout out to Conan and Budget for taking care of their customers.
