Peaks Construction was wonderful, they are true craftsman that take pride in their work. Bob ran our basement construction, and the project was on time and under budget. They also came back twice to repair the basement after flooding issues (unrelated to their work). My favorite aspect of peaks construction is the knowledge they shared with me during the project. They felt like a true partner during the construction, and helped me learn about aspects that I was not familiar with. They have high integrity, and are a very honest group of people. The owners have been in construction in the Michigan area for their entire lives, and they know all the best places to source material, but will also work with your suppliers if you want. Had the crew over to remove a wall to open up a room, finish off the drywall and retexure. They did an amazing job, clean up was great. Was even impressed on the care they took in prepping the area so the carpet wasn't damaged. Highly recommend Service: Home renovations
