The guys from Professional Home Improvement, Inc. did our new roof this past week. They were: eager to please, easy to work with, and completed the job on time & for the price quoted! They did quality work and were respectful, honest & trustworthy!

The technicians that came out were always friendly, courteous, professional, and helpful. It's to bad that good people are working for this company. This company has limited ways to contact them. They have no email, and when you call their primary phone number you end up in someone's personal voicemail. I had to call them repeatedly to have them work on the project I hired them for. Took longer than estimated and if an obstacle occurred rather than attempt to solve it or provide guidance they would just tell me that I had to find a solution. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested to find a discount that would satisfy both of us the company decided to deny that and blame me for all issues. Service: Basement remodeling
