Awesome company-highly recommend!! We needed to replace our old standby generator. Dave VerPlank came to our house and gave us a reasonable and competitive quote on a Briggs & Stratton generator. The new generator was installed quickly and worked great on our first power outage. Unfortunately, on our second power outage, the generator failed (on a weekend of course). We had the generator only 4 1/2 months. We left a message at VerPlank over the weekend and got a call back first thing Monday. The technician, Marc, was at our house on Tuesday to diagnose the problem and discovered several major parts in the generator had failed. When Marc contacted Briggs & Stratton he was told because the generator had exceeded the 90 day window they would not replace it but only repair. That was not satisfactory to Dave VerPlank. He called us that evening, after business hours, and told us we would be receiving a brand new generator. Marc, Steve and Parker arrived THE NEXT MORNING to install

Quality workmanship throughout the entire project and they went above and beyond by helping with some work that’s normally not within the scope of their responsibilities. Great communication throughout and they always did what they said they would do.
