D&W Windows and Sunrooms

We called to have our shower area redone. The sales man was very nice, although the samples didn't match what they currently carry. The manager, John, came out, showed me the current samples and explained everything along the way. We were given a 2 month install time and they had it installed in a month. The installers (Rene and his crew)were professional, clean, and everything looks amazing!! The whole process was very smooth and staff goes BEYOND to be helpful.

I hope You are nice and warm in Your home because Your company installed 14 new windows in my home in May of 2021 and all but 1 still leak air and water Your company has been to my house several times regarding this same problem yet You have fixed nothing including the drywall repair from Your company cutting in and installing a window where wasn't one before on a load bearing wall in which You failed to put a header to hold the weight of the roof, I only purchased the windows from Your company because You claim that they are energy efficient in which they clearly are not since May of 2021 my electricity and gas usage has gone up, today 12-23-2022 with the winds I have had to tape my windows to try and stop the sub zero airflow from coming into my home in which most of the windows are not even sealed into the window frames and some I can see daylight around. Personally I would have to recommend that the public stay as far away from D&W Windows and Su

We had a bathtub to shower conversion in January. The guys that came to install it did an excellent job. They were early, efficient, and all-around, very professional. They did an awesome job cleaning up afterward. A big shout out to Josh and Nate. Thank you!
