I was experiencing an unknown issue with my A/C unit. Holland had someone on-site the next day. They communicated who it would be and provided a picture which I really appreciated. Jason called me to inform me when he would be here. He was very professional and thorough. He explained to me the issue and my options for fixing it. Whole House Generator Install: HD303315 During the first visit we had the professional team of Brendan and Eli for setting up the gas line and setting the generator on its pad. The day they came out was rainy and relatively windy to begin. They completed the job very quickly and had everything cleaned up before they said they would be completed by. During the second visit a week later we had the professional team of Chris and John setup the electrical lines for the generator from the unit to the junction box. They came in a did a very nice job with making sure the specific breakers we wanted backed up (10k unit) were done correctly. They showed me how the unit works and what to look for in case issues arise to prevent a potential unnecessary service call. They were even nice enough to add a new outlet that I asked for near the box for the upright freezer that was not on its own circuit previously. Roger was polite and on time to our appointment. He took the time to talk over my generator as I had recently purchased the home with it already installed. I also appreciate the fact that Holland sends you a text with a photo of the technician before they arrive so you know who to expect at your door. Will be working with them in the future.
