From the original sales person Bobbi, whom we met at Home Depot, to the Sales representative who came to our home Charlie, we had great confidence in Holland Heating and cooling. Charlie was an expert and a real person, who spoke to us with respect, explained the process in depth, and gave us the best equipment recommendations while keeping our budget in mind. Charlie went above and beyond, and was just incredible to deal with! Once the service/installation technicians came to our home, they were equally professional, and so nice while also making my wife feel comfortable being home alone with 4 guys in the house. That was important to me, and these guys were all so top notch! They did a complete furnace replacement and A/C replacement in our home with ease, and they left it cleaner than when they had arrived! It was an absolute pleasure for my wife and I to have Holland heating and cooling service our home and we would 1000% recommend them to all of our friends and family in the futur

I was experiencing an unknown issue with my A/C unit. Holland had someone on-site the next day. They communicated who it would be and provided a picture which I really appreciated. Jason called me to inform me when he would be here. He was very professional and thorough. He explained to me the issue and my options for fixing it. John C and Chris C did the electrical hook up for our whole house generator and we were so satisfied with their work, we would recommend them or request them if we ever needed the service again. John answered all my questions with patience and clarity. They were friendly, laid covering over the basement steps, were very professional. And, totally cleaned up after themselves.
