Haley Mechanical - Heating & Cooling

Haley Mechanical, P.O. Box 417, Dexter, MI 48130. We had Haley do plumbing work for our home and would highly recommend this company! First of all, the office staff was professional, friendly and efficient. Andy C. was the plumber that did the initial consultation who did an excellent job explaining all the details of installing a secondary water meter, plus he did a thorough evaluation of our aging sump pump. He was professional and patient and answered all our questions. We consequently hired Haley to do the plumbing associated with installing a secondary water meter for our irrigation system and we had them install a new sump pump. Andy C. and Lee came in late July to do the work. Again, they were very professional, hard working, knowledgeable and courteous. They did an outstanding job with the projects, cleaned up, and then explained all the work they had done. Andy also had a chance to professionally interact with the Township utility representative when he stopped by. T

We've had Haley Mechanical out to install a forced air + mini split system and water heater. They aren't the cheapest option (we usually get 2 or 3 quotes), but they've been on time, professional, and very responsive. When most of the city was without power a month or two ago, they still had people on site and on time putting in a new water heater (we called to reschedule as we had no power, that wasn't a problem for them) We're about five years in with the mini split, it continues to work great. The water heater's been in for just over a month. When we mentioned a quote from another company, they were happy to match it. We've been very happy with how prepared they are, the quality of the work, and the service they offer.

Estimator Aaron Samons gave us a call ahead, showed up on time and was professional, courteous, and personable. He asked good questions, listened, and was very knowledgeable. Aaron explained things but didn't over explain (appreciate that!), provided additional financing information (really appreciated that!). All in all, a great impression of Haley Mechanical thus far!
