Austin-Fuller Heating and Cooling provided our family with phenomenal service. We purchased our home late this fall and immediately started having issues with the furnace. Steve came out to check the issue and the previous owners didn’t have a drain line installed. Water was pouring behind our furnace (leading us to believe it was an issue with our main cast drain which we did call a plumber and got an estimated quote of $2,500 to fix which we were planning on doing this spring!!!) after Steve took the cover off water also came pouring out of it. He cleaned it up and it was working good enough but with that much water damage we decided on going with a new furnace as not to have any further issues. Steve was back in a short few days with a new furnace. Only took a few hours for the install, and absolutely no water on our floor since! We LOVE our new furnace and the service we received.
