Absolutely amazing service. Bob is extremely knowledgeable about all things septic. Helped me figure out why my new septic system wasn't working properly, and answered any and all questions I had. I would give 10 stars if it was an option. I will be using Rapid Flush again in the future!
Can you say GRADE A Customer Service!!!!!! I called late at night because of a sump pump issue. My call was answered by a customer rep who was so pleasant and chippery. She then had a specialist call me right away and he was so patient, and thorough with his explaining, that I had a better understanding of what could possibly be going on and was provided some mental relief. Have not actually received a service from this company yet, But their Customer Service speaks volumes. Thank you again.
