I have used Cregger Plumbing for years now and have always received professional service and quality work for reasonable cost. Most recently, I had a leaky shower diverter fixed by Danny W. He offered the various options and his honest assessment of all of them. In the end he was fortunately able to locate replacement parts to fix the faucet at the lowest cost of all that were quoted. This professionalism was consistent with the previous three jobs I had called Cregger for in the past decade or so. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs! Service: Faucet repair

I had a technician come Labor Day and was more than willing to pay extra for a holiday service. The technician quickly diagnosed that the motor was broken, however did not provide me with an invoice or part number for the part that needed replacement. He quoted me $800 for a new motor and stated he almost certainly would be able to replace it the following afternoon. He stated I should hear from him by 9am the next day. By 1 pm the next day, in 90 degree heat with no a/c and children in the house, still no word so I had to call for an update. The office said it would now cost $2250 for the “rare” part and it’ll take another day. I asked for a part number and they declined to give it to me.
