My sewer line insurance called two other plumbing companies to come snake my line, neither were successful and both told me my line had collapsed (one quoted me 30k to fix it). I called Cregger based off of some good reviews I had heard and they were able to squeeze me in the next day. Within twenty minutes of being here they had cleared a good portion of my line—they recommended a Hydrojetting to clear out the rest of the roots and were upfront and transparent about the costs, they’ll be back next week to finish the job. 10/10 would recommend. I recently had a leaking shower in my bathroom and reached out for help. I was extremely impressed with the service I received. The communication was excellent from start to finish, with the Eric keeping me informed every step of the way. What impressed me the most was how quickly they were able to come out and repair the leak and replace the shower valve. They arrived promptly at the scheduled time, and Eric was friendly, professional, and efficient in fixing the problem.
