I am giving 5 stars for the professionalism in handling a situation that although did not go as hoped in regards to the actual work, was addressed immediately when I brought it to their attention. Without going into too much detail, a leak was misdiagnosed by their technician and eventually our handyman found the actual issue. We already paid for service and I wrote the company about what had occurred. The owner called me the next morning and the money was completely refunded without complaint and in fact they apologized for the situation. Things do happen, but what is most important is standing behind your name as a company. Thank you for your professionalism and I will be calling if we have future plumbing needs! I can't speak highly enough of the work that Mike, Spencer, Steven and Jacob do. They went above and beyond to help get my plumbing problem solved and repaired. My 2 year old grandson got to meet Mike and Spencer and wanted to help them fix the problem, Marshall and Mike became quick friends!! Everyone of the guys were kind, friendly, quick and efficient workers. What they went thru to fix the sewer lines in my crawl space they deserve a big big bonus!! Service: Sewer repair
