I called McChesney because I had an issue where half of my home didn't have power. The day they came they told me they would be there between 2 and 5. They showed up at 2:01. Awesome. They figured out the problem, did some work at a couple outlets, and were gone within a half hour. The hourly price was the cheapest I found, and they waived the trip fee because I live in Ferndale! I'll definitely call them again if I ever need to, and I'll definitely recommend them to friends!

We had some small repairs done by McChesney a few years ago. They were great! The electrician was very friendly and helpful. He was able to fix what we needed. However, I recently called them for another job and didn’t even make it past the secretary. She was short and rude. She basically told me they aren’t taking on any appointments that require an estimate. So what exactly are they even doing? The secretary was very off-putting. Too bad because I enjoyed working with them in the past. I will seek working with a different company for my future electrical needs.

Just moved to the area and used McChesney Electric to ground our 2 prong outlets and move one of our outlets to a new location. Chris was professional, friendly, timely, and knowledgeable - he helped me pair our smart outlet to my phone. There was a tiny bit of dry wall dust on the ground from installing the new outlet and he vacuumed it up himself without even being asked.
