Good company I will use them in the future. I do think $175 an hour is a bit high for snaking a drain. ken the plumber was fast efficient and did a good job. The people I talked to were nice and listened to me. They did not discount what I told them. They treated me with respect. Service: Drain cleaning

Don't let this happen to you. Waterworks Plumbing Dropped the BALL. Originally, a few years back Waterworks had good reviews, things have change. (Will try and shorten what happened) June 2023 I made appointment with Waterworks (WW) to replace all galvanized pipes in home with PEX. From older estimate, cost did increase as expected. I agreed and signed invoice for updated price of $4772.00. One month later July 17 2023 WW arrived with two vans. As I greeted the Plumber who stated, "I just got this job last night and I don't have any material in van to do this, I will have to go back to the shop". He looked at job again and came back with new estimate of $8000.00. He stated "Prior estimate did not include bathroom". I stated "Dont you think the bathroom is part of plumbing? I said goodbye and showed him the door. He also wanted to charge me for another estimate. We were in a real bind because our dishwasher was damaged by an electrical issue. The delivery service that brought out our new dishwasher was supposed to handle install and haul-off, but at the last second, they came up with a thousand reasons not to finish the job. We were already working with waterwork as part of an insurance repair for water damage. We called and asked if there was anything they could do to help out. They sent out a technician the next day. Don was incredibly helpful. He was great with her toddler and with our dog. We could feel comfortable knowing that the job was going to be done right, the first time. Very happy customers looking forward to doing business with them for our renovations this fall.
