We have had multiple employees come out from a different company to try and fix our air conditioner. We have been without air for more than 7 weeks waiting for it to be fixed. The man that came to my house when my heat went out was very nice and polite. He ended up not charging me cleaning off my sensor in my furnace because he didn’t need to replace any parts so he only had to charge me for the service call. Which ended up being $99 I was just happy it wasn’t the motherboard in the furnace because those are like $350 or more ????‍????! Wow!!
