Wow where do I start. I had an A/C problem with my 20 year old A/C and furnace 2 years ago. I called Dependable Heating and Cooling. Stacey gave me such a reasonable price and was recommended by my neighbor I told him to go ahead with the job. He came did all the work kept me informed because I was at work during the installation cleaned up and left with a beautiful new furnace and A/C system. Fast forward to today. I heard a whistling noise from the furnace while the A/C was running so I called Stacey. He came out found the problem fixed it and didn't charge me TWO YEARS LATER! First class. Short review: Kameron and Stacy are a phenomenal team of honest, hardworking and professional HVAC specialists. Long review: The blower motor in my 27 year-old furnace died during the dead of summer. No A/C during one of the hottest weeks in July. Had a different HVAC company via Home Depot come and take a look and was quoted at $10k for a new furnace and A/C unit… Gave Dependable Heating and Cooling a call for a second opinion, and Kameron was incredibly kind, professional and thoughtful while determining the problem (a blown motor AND cracked heat exchange) confirming I would need a new furnace. They were able to walk me through numerous estimates, all of which were SO much more reasonable than the $10k I had been quoted from their competitor. Two days later, Kameron and his dad Stacy came by and in less than 4 hours, had installed a new A/C unit and furnace, cleaned up the duct work, and hauled off the old equipment.
