Corey is a great Applegate service tech. He is professional, courteous, and skilled. It's good to have the assurance that all our equipment is working well.
When we requested the heating system repair the repairing guy told us to add extra $100 and we can get a cooling system maintenance but he didn’t tell us that $100 maintenance is only good within a year. That was winter time!!! We are very busy so today when we called them they said the deal expired and refused to offer service and refund. DO NOT buy any extra service from them unless you can use it immediately. They are cheaters. We are going to talk to our CC company. Service: Heating system repair
