They use the same phone number as Standard Electric Co. - the Kalamazoo St. company that went out of business. That's how I found Sparky's! Jacob (the electrician) was here twice and both times, I received phone calls about the 'window period' during which to expect him and he was timely both times (even early!) Sparky's sends receipts by email. I received a 5% Senior discount and the installation work was done professionally and with verbal instructions/explanations from Jacob. What's not to like? They're darn good. I would use them again.
