Trenton and his team from Arrow Roofing were exceptional! After storm damage, my insurance covered a new roof and Trenton took the reigns once I choose them as my contractors. He communicated directly with my adjuster, fought for extra repairs (approved) and went the extra mile for over the top customer service! He was very communicative and responsive at all times, with sincere kindness and politeness. Arrow's crew sent to my home was professional, on time and was sure to remove the old roof and place the new one with little to no mess. We had storm damage and dealt with other companies before taking to Trenton with Arrow roofing. The other companies over promised and just couldn’t deliver. Trenton came through when other companies couldn’t and did a fantastic job from start to finish. Trenton worked well with my insurance company and was very knowledgeable, polite and professional every step of the way. The best part is, he was a man of his word, he showed up and did what he said he was going to do, which is a rare trait to have these days! I even recommended him to a close buddy of mine and he has had the same experience with him so far.
