We had storm damage and dealt with other companies before taking to Trenton with Arrow roofing. The other companies over promised and just couldn’t deliver. Trenton came through when other companies couldn’t and did a fantastic job from start to finish. Trenton worked well with my insurance company and was very knowledgeable, polite and professional every step of the way. The best part is, he was a man of his word, he showed up and did what he said he was going to do, which is a rare trait to have these days! I even recommended him to a close buddy of mine and he has had the same experience with him so far. If you want a leaky uncompleted roof, Yard full roof debris an nails or terrible customer service then I’d suggest them… after weeks of trying to get them to come back to fix and or finish my roof I received a long game of phone tag that ended with nothing I finally gave up an found another company 10/10 would not recommend

Arrow told me how much money they could save me and they would deal with the insurance company so I didn't have to. They would meet the adjuster at the house. I told them I already had someone but they said that was ok. The adjuster came but they didn't. Everything they said was a lie!!
