We used Grand Valley Electrical Services to install a whole house generator which will provide power during a power failure. The owner, Eric, met with us and reviewed our needs. He made a straightforward and honest evaluation and made two recommendations. He told of the advantages of each and we made our decision based on that. The work was scheduled quite quickly since he had the generator we selected on hand. The day of the installation two men showed up with the generator and got to work installing it They were friendly and focused on what needed to be done. They had scheduled a man to install the natural gas line to the device and they waited around until he was finished. They then ran a test to make sure everything was working properly. It was. They also registered the device with the manufacturer for the warranty protection. We were pleased from start to finish with the professionalism and the easy to understand explanations.
