Did great installing my furnace. But asked for an ac tune up and he cancelled 3 times (2 times were the am an hour before the appointment time & one was due to the weather which was understandable) but twice his truck was “in the shop” so he needed to reschedule and a discount was promised. I asked him to let me know another day to reschedule and never got back with me about it. I ended up going with another company and will from now on.

We had out min-split installed in August of 2020 after 3 reschedules, which we gave them the benefit of the doubt due to COVID-19. Noticed water damage coming through our ceiling 2 summers later (august 2022). We peered in the attic and noticed that insulation was pushed off of the copper pipe during install and we were unable to correct it on our own. Contacted Sakocius about just going in and fixing the insulation, not asking for the ceiling to be repaired or anything. We scheduled but they rescheduled 3 times and then told us it doesn't even fall under any warranty when I mentioned it. They then told us we could contact someone else to do it, even though it was their mistake on install. Their quotes report "100% satisfaction guarantee and lifetime workmanship warranty" however they do not stand by this. They are not even responding to me anymore and all we would like is for them to come by and put the insulation over the pipe that is exposed so we don't get more mold and damage. We
