I am a vet living in social security, when a tree hit my home and I asked for help. They promised to repair the roof. They sent out a guy with no exsperiance with the wrong roofing materials and a bucket of tar. It leaked I called for a year and they never returned to fix the problem, I wrote a review and now because of the whole in the roof . I spent all my tax money renovating the home they promised to do so I could live there like a handy cap bathroom, wheelchair accessible stairs to help get me into my house. They came in and fixed a water leak and billed me 180. Dollars they promised to be back and finish the stairs and bathroom. They never showed. I calll there they said their to busy to help out a vet. And was ordered to pay the 180 or no service will be done. I said I have no problem paying you if you come back. I am so happy and grateful for all their kindness and expert help with my home that is celebrating its 100th Birthday. They have helped me so much through my years of single mom to senior citizen. They rescued me from some dyer situations when I could not afford to hire for repair. They also offer fix it school, and education for homeowners to learn how to help themselves. Highly recommended!

early 2022 I apply. for help at HRS after trying to borrow money many places, income to low they said so I decide to try HRS that after I try places that they suppose to help the community with no luck. so after several phone calls and several months home check ups man came and took pictures and told me what was going to be done my home is 120 tear old need repairs but the intake person did not know any thing about it that after 19 months then plumber named mark call me on 3/29/23 to do repairs that day the city was doing.small job in the basement the plumber told me call him when it was done so I did call and leave messages to the plumber and the check ups man Art between june 2 and june 22 no one call back then I called one more time the intake her name is liz I think she said I will have the manager of operations call me well about 3 weeks now no calls, I try to get records and denial of service letter from the intake lady can not find my records,this company get funding fro th
