The team at R&R Mechanical is fabulous! We have been using R&R since 2019 for our two unique homes with original construction dating back to 1948 and additions as new as 2020. Our heating and cooling systems are complicated with multiple furnaces and air conditioners. R&R has repaired old equipment and installed new equipment as needed and gives us advice to help keep our systems running efficiently. Everyone with whom we've worked including Julian, Matt, Joe, Rolando, Jerry, Gumé, and Elizabeth have been professional, knowledgeable, courteous and kind. R & R Mechanical Services installed a new furnace and ac for us at our house. Everyone has been professional, polite and helpful. The installers Anthony and Dante spent about three days in our basement getting every hooked up. They made sure we had heat from the first day and they kept everything nice and tidy. Got a quote for HVAC system install from R&R (along with 3 other companies) after our A/C stopped working. The employee we worked with, Gume, was informative, friendly, professional, and knew his stuff. They were very reasonable with their quote and the certifications and training for their employees was impressive compared to other companies. Unfortunately, we just caught them at a busy time where their lead time was longer than we could manage and a heat wave was on the way so we went with another company that was strong as well. I highly recommend considering R&R if you are planning on a complete HVAC system install.
