Austin and Dustin went above & beyond to provide us with an exceptional electrical service experience today! We had a complicated project that required a creative solution and they were up to the task. Conduit had to be shaped to fit a custom area, wires had to be run, and holes had to be cut through brick, concrete, and exterior walls in order to get the job done. Not only are they excellent electricians, they are highly skilled craftsmen. The finished product looks far better than we could’ve hoped! It is functional and discrete. There was one additional, small electrical issue that we asked about while they were here and, even though they must have been exhausted from 8 hours of work on the main project (half of that time being outside in the rain), they cheerfully offered to stay and fix an electrical problem that had been annoying us for years. Nick came out to give us a quote for a complete sump pump install(we had the crock, just no pump.) Nick was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional He was able to meet our needs for this project within our budget. The install went smoothly. Luke and his team came out on time as scheduled. They covered carpeted areas with protective coverings. They were very professional, courteous, efficient and cleaned everything up when they were done. Had a drain issue. Came out quickly, no bait and switch. Did the work for agreed upon price. I believe the gentleman's name was Nick. Have a second issue that he looked at, gave an estimate and now install scheduled in less than a week. They actually called last night and had an opening so install scheduled within 24 hours of estimate. Will update again after full install.
