Paul quoted us for a simple repair and gave a fair price for the work. We immediately hired him. When the day for the repairs came, I greeted Paul at the door and he said we may hear him on the roof. We didn't hear anything during the repair. He worked swiftly and quietly. After completing the repair, he notified us of the need to replace the boot on our roof ventilation because it was showing signs of wear that could lead to water leakage. For an additional small price, he said he could replace the boot. It's been over a year, and despite the high winds, Paul's repairs have held up well.
