Dylan came out to give us an estimate. She was friendly and knowledgeable. She was willing to discuss several possibilities and options for our project. We need time to think about our options, but appreciate her time.

The poor saleswomen came to our house, she was fantastic. We were in the process of getting quotes to an overall huge decision on redoing our home. They definitely try everything to get you purchase same day and the saleswomen did but we were not ready to make a decision. Company policy apparently is the saleswomen has to call her manager and they ask us questions through her. It was very unfortunate and unprofessional. What are the reasons we are not going with them. Would we fell more comfortable naming our own price or having someone do it for us. Very condescending. I asked to speak to her manager, took her phone as he was finishing a sentence to her… if it weren’t the price, we wouldn’t even be having this conversation. It was not her fault, she tried everything, very sweet. I explained why we are not making a decision today and that I thought her having to call him is very uncomfortable for her and the buyers. Stacy, the district manager of Infinity Home Improvement, has always been above and beyond the call of duty and has corrected all of the mistakes previous owners made in the previous years. some of the products include, Gutter Helmet, Snaplock Gutters and soffit and facia to correct attic ventilation issues.
