Generac generator repair quote was provided. Technician arrived and time estimate was for 3-4 hours. The generator was not repaired after 3 hours on site. If Vander Hyde didn't know how to fix it, then they should not have given me a quote to repair it or sent a technician that knew how to repair it. 1. Technician did not have all tools needed to do the repair (needed smaller wrenches which I had in my garage) 2. Spent a lot of time pacing in front of the generator trying to get help on the repair over the phone - viewed this multiple times 3. Advised he was concerned about taking apart the components needed to replace the ignition coils. I gave him the manual for the generator to try and help him. 4. After 3 hours on the job he advised me that he wasn't sure if he took it apart if he could get it put back together and his suggestion was for me to take the money and apply it towards a new generator because they had exhausted the money already provided and it would take quite a f
