John and Lennie showed up for our new A/C install. They did absolutely amazing! Very courteous and respectful! Any questions we had, they had the answers! Abdul was great! He explained everything clearly, moved the bins I had stacked around the furnace, quickly discovered the issue with my air conditioning, and was polite and professional. He suggested an additional service to help our heating and cooling system run more efficiently, but there was no pressure to book it. Our heating and cooling system was fixed all for the cost of a service charge, which is very reasonable.
Service and work was great. They helped us out right away with our AC. The only big issue was at the very end when they wrapped up working on our AC today, they left our door open while we were at work. We come home to this (see picture). Very upset!
