I have been working with A&E for four years now and they have been extremely good at their job. In their last regular visit, David and Jordan helped me to check my heating and cooling system and went above and beyond by helping with me all of my questions. They are 100% recommended.

When my water heater stopped working, a friend of mine recommended A&E Heating and Cooling. David Chan was the technician that came to our house and showed up within an hour! He was super professional and personable, and identified the problem within minutes. After reviewing a few water heater options with me he helped me pick out the one we needed and personally went out and picked it up. He came back with the new water heater and parts within 30m. I couldn’t believe it. He had our old water heater out and a new one installed in no time. His communication and explanation made this such a painless process. I don’t usually leave recommendations, especially long ones but I felt compelled to write this after the exceptional service David offered us.
