We have the monthly membership and are very happy with our Vredevoogd experience. Rob M. was VERY kind, personable, and had an experienced demeanor with no pressure to do any unnecessary repairs or service. I called for an appointment, was able to schedule right away, technician Jesse called ahead and arrived within the window. He was courteous and professional. He did a thorough job on my appliances. Told me the recommendations, the cost and the why. He informed me of the cost savings related to the maintenance club which I chose to join and I was able to pay my invoice on the spot.
