Will never use again. Had appointment on Monday. They called US to schedule for Saturday instead for THEIR convenience. Missed a call Saturday asking to call back. Called back office and service tech multiple times, left multiple messages, no call no show all day Saturday. Very upset for wasting our Saturday waiting for them to not only not show up, but to not call either. Do not recommend. Service: Heating system maintenance
Blue-ray's Technicians are extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. They took care of my A/C issue in under an hour. Will definitely call them again! Service: A/C system maintenance
