Slades Plumbing & Sewer SVC

When my basement flooded they showed up, were respectful and courteous. When he made no headway, I agreed to let him call in a subcontractor who was rude and left cigarette butts all over my driveway. He complained the whole time about how the basement finishing had put up too many walls and he couldn’t get to the drain. I agreed to what I thought would be a small-ish hole in the bathroom wall so they could more easily get to the drain. The hole is waaay bigger than it needed to be at 4 feet high and 3 feet wide. They broke the floor bolt covers on the toilet, overcharged me and left , without clearing the issue. The guys that came the next day and ended up excavating my yard charged a little more than Slade’s to actually fixed the problem without breaking any of my property. I called and left a message asking for a return phone call ... nothing. They cashed the check pretty quick though. Complete ripoff.

They went above and beyond by calling my home warranty company a week after the work was done to explain the situation and help me get reimbursed for the repair cost. I really appreciate that money back in my pocket! Thanks! Service: Sewer repair
