The crew was on time and hard-working throughout the project. Tarps were laid down to protect landscaping and my deck. Before and after pictures were taken, ensuring that I had confidence that sheathing was replaced as promised. Lots of pictures were taken to show me various aspects of the project including flashing around the chimney, boot installation around the bathroom stacks, and caulking where necessary. The quality of all of the products is exceptional, but the synthetic underlayment and the snow and ice shield really impressed me. Clean up was very thorough, including the gutters...more so than any other contractors I have used. Once the project was completed, there was follow-up both onsite and telephonically to ensure that it was completed correctly and to my satisfaction. We order 6 windows. They were delivered on the day they were to be installed. But, I was told the last job was running overtime, that they would be here on Monday. Monday came and went. It took two weeks to get them installed. One if the windows was the wrong size and type. They offered to replace it. I just wanted to cancel that one. The people were professional when dealing with us. I don't know what the issue was in getting installers here.

The roof installation was of the best craftsmanship. It was top quality shingles, Made In America and the timeliness of signing to installation was quick. Job well done!
