The crew was on time and hard-working throughout the project. Tarps were laid down to protect landscaping and my deck. Before and after pictures were taken, ensuring that I had confidence that sheathing was replaced as promised. Lots of pictures were taken to show me various aspects of the project including flashing around the chimney, boot installation around the bathroom stacks, and caulking where necessary. The quality of all of the products is exceptional, but the synthetic underlayment and the snow and ice shield really impressed me. Clean up was very thorough, including the gutters...more so than any other contractors I have used. Once the project was completed, there was follow-up both onsite and telephonically to ensure that it was completed correctly and to my satisfaction. Jason Keller, our field representative,came out and inspected our roof. He was very thorough. He broke the whole process down for us, was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Our installation manager, Bryan Ferguson, kept us informed of when the materials would be delivered and when the project would begin. The crew that showed up and installed our new roof showed up on time, worked extremely hard and efficiently, and did a fantastic job! When the job was finished, the crew cleaned up and left the place looking the exact way it was when they arrived.
