DON'T count on warranty work being done with this company. I got the runaround for months with lies and excuses as to why they couldn't get someone out to look at the issue I was having. After three months, I finally demanded that they get someone out to look at it so they said they sent someone out to fix the wrong issue--when? I was there the whole day and didn't see anyone. I called at least three times to discuss this and they never answered or returned my calls. Look elsewhere if you want quality work done. I'm so disappointed in them. Service: Roof installation

Dealing with Jordan Roofing is a nightmare. They originally installed my roof. Within a couple of years, the roof vent had to be repaired multiple times due to the same failure. This last time, while it should have still been under warranty, I called them and the owner came out to look at it and also wanted them to take a look at a couple of roof vents that I was concerned about. Said he'd be back several days later to repair it. That was over a month and a half ago. Since I was given every excuse under the sun as to why they haven't communicated, scheduled the work, etc. They finally said two weeks ago they'd schedule the work, but before they did so I wanted to know what the work was going to cost. They said $300, but then wouldn't communicate what specifically was included in that quote. Most unresponsive, unprofessional, unreliable company I have ever dealt with. I'm pleased with the work they did, but it took months for them start and the real issue was what they left behind. At the end of the first day of siding I called to let them know that I found a few nails on the driveway, they apologized and said they would be sure to double check when they finished up the following day. After the second and final day I found two handfuls of nails in my lawn. I picked these all up in matter of a few minuets, no like I used a magnet just way them with my naked eye. They made no attempt to clean up after themselves and when I called again to complain I got no more than another apology. If anyone had stepped on one of these, or the dog ate one, or I hit them with the mower could have been a real issue but that's not the way they saw it. Of course I got the bill in the mail the next day for full price. Again the people were all very nice and the work was decent but the respect for their customers was made obvious.
