Dont use Jordan roofing if you want a company that will fix their mistakes. Ridge vent coming off on 3 different ridges, called and emailed Jordan Roofing multiple times, they never came out to fix their poor work. Service: Roof installation

Dealing with Jordan Roofing is a nightmare. They originally installed my roof. Within a couple of years, the roof vent had to be repaired multiple times due to the same failure. This last time, while it should have still been under warranty, I called them and the owner came out to look at it and also wanted them to take a look at a couple of roof vents that I was concerned about. Said he'd be back several days later to repair it. That was over a month and a half ago. Since I was given every excuse under the sun as to why they haven't communicated, scheduled the work, etc. They finally said two weeks ago they'd schedule the work, but before they did so I wanted to know what the work was going to cost. They said $300, but then wouldn't communicate what specifically was included in that quote. Most unresponsive, unprofessional, unreliable company I have ever dealt with.
