I would not recommend this company to do anything EVER! We hired them out of desperation after a huge hail storm in our area. No contractors were available and the owner promised he was here to help us. We were sold as he told us the roof and siding would be finished by June. Here we are in November with only the house roof finished in July. After calling to find out when the siding and shed roof would be scheduled, the owner called me screaming about how he has lots of good customers that appreciate his work and he was cutting off all communication with us and cancelling our contract for the rest of the work. He then hung up on me. We gave them all the insurance money to do roof and siding...my fault for being so stupid. They are now billing us for $20,000.00 for a 1200 sq. foot roof on a ranch house! The are charging us for satellite reset which we paid Dish to come and do, complete re-nailing, which was not done at all and detatch and re-set of gutter and downspouts, we never had gu

I've been working with Will from Bay To Bay and I must say it has been amazing. Will is very prompt and has been wonderful in getting everything done in a timely manner. He's extremely customer oriented and very kind. He has gone above and beyond to work with myself and the insurance adjuster to make things go without a hitch. Looking forward to my new roof. I'll definitely be using them for future projects.
