The gutters installed didn't make it past the first winter without bowing. The fasteners were placed 33-40" apart among many other issues. Plus, gutters were installed over the old fascia which was supposed to be replaced. The siding tear off was incomplete. Pieces of siding were left up along with old siding nails were not removed or hammered in. Tyvek Weather Barrier was not installed properly. Manufacturer instructions not followed plus exterior was not prepped properly. Cap fasteners were not placed in studs so most of the nails came out anyways. Gutters were installed in November. I had previously posted a positive review, but sadly I'm having to change it. I signed a contract with Bay to Bay in April to do some deck repairs. They started work in July.. and the repairs are still not done. The crew originally working on it was fired for drinking on the job and taking 2 hour smoke breaks on my property, leaving the beer cans, cigarette stubs, and other detritus in my backyard. I've since been promised at least five separate times that the repairs would be finished by a certain date, the most recent being this past Friday. I've watched each deadline pass by. I realize they must be behind after firing the previous crew, but you would think I would be a top priority after having such a horrible experience with the last one. There's hardly been any communication whatsoever, even with me reaching out myself multiple times. I'm sure my grass is thoroughly dead under the pile of old wood by now. Very disappointing. Will be warning my family and friends away from this bus

We were nervous after having a storm and random people kept knocking on our door. However, after a great conversation I felt comfortable going with Bay to Bay. They fulfilled their promise and completed our job. We love our new roof and siding.
