The men who came to assess the storm damage and schedule the work were polite, reliable, and worked efficiently. They worked with us and our insurance agent to get quotes and an approval in a timely fashion. Once everything was set up, the work was scheduled and completed on-time. The men who did the work on the roof worked hard from basically dawn to dusk for one day and finished everything up by noon on the second day. All the scrap was hauled away and it was cleaned up meticulously. With the thousands of nails used I only found one or two nails around the house in flower beds throughout the summer after the work was completed. I would definitely recommend this company. While it did take a while to get things going, due to insurance trying to deny and reduce the payment, they were quick once everything was approved. They fought for us to get everything covered and were patient when it caused delays. They did a great job and we have a nice new roof on the house and shed. Our sales guy mike was very personable and helpful through the whole process. They even helped with the overly complicated process of getting the insurance checks signed by all the right people so they could be cashed. We were able to make it work that things were completely covered by insurance except for the deductible. They helped us save money all through the process and did a great job.
