Our roof sustained damage during a hail storm and they were helpful, informative, communicative, and thorough throughout the entire process: inspection through installation. Our new roof went on in the height of winter and looks fantastic! Brunette will even come back out this Spring for a final clean-up of anything they missed due to the snow. We had an amazing experience with Brunette Home Improvement. The person who prepared the estimate was professional yet very personable. His follow up with us after providing the estimate was attentive yet not pushy in the least, and he did a great job answering all of our questions. The office staff kept us up to date on the status of the project from them acquiring the roofing materials for our house to the date the construction would begin. On installation day, the crew was efficient, fast and courteous. The quality of workmanship was great.
