We scheduled an appointment at the recommendation of our general contractor. Chris, our salesperson, showed us around the display area. He was very helpful, explaining options and giving recommendations. The display floor featured several different brands of sinks, faucets, shower stalls, toilets, and other hardware, all at various price points. Examples of different finishes were also available. She never offered to look for an alternative. I was very short with her and demanded a refund on my account that day. She actually had the nerve to tell me that she doesn't have control over that. She told me that their traffic in their showroom has increased 40% and that's why she wasn't able to get me the right information.
