They did not explain how they charge for their services, however, they did a great job installing the toilet. I was told a specific amount per hour for the work but they did not advise me this was a per person charge and not a per job charge. When I reached out with questions about the bill, I had to call 2 times and email 2 times before I heard any response. When they finally responded they did not answer my questions and sent the bill to collections. If you hire them make sure you ask them to explain the total hourly charge for the work and not just the charge per person, otherwise you may end up with a bill that is double what you expect. Their price and quality of work is great. When I called them, they said only they install products from Ferguson plumbing suppy store. Which is weird! The plumber who fixed our faucet didn't care about where it was purchased. Overall great service at an affordable price

Andrew returned our call told him the situation. He said he would be here in about 25 minutes, was here in no time. We called other plumbing companies that could not help us.
