Very professional from Sales to office manager and for the men that did the installation. Would highly recommend this Company. Came back out to explain the new furnace, new air conditioner and new wifi thermostat. The installer even gave us his personal cell number if we had any concerns or questions. We have been customers for almost 20 years and have always had great service and maintenance work done on our furnace and air conditioner. The repairmen have always explained everything that they’re doing, and let us know what might need to be repaired. We have an older system now, but we bought our heating/air conditioning system from E. H. Ward originally. We have been very satisfied with their work, maintenance, and professionalism. Our AC went out on the Friday before a holiday weekend. Other companies told us it would be a week before they could come out. EH Ward was out to us within 2 hours and fixed everything for a great price. We won't use anyone else going forward for our HVAC/AC needs.
