FD Hayes Electric Company

We had a tree limb fall and take down the power line which pulled our power mast from our house during the wind storm Saturday 11/5/22. Made a call to FDHayes they responded fed immediately with a phone call and continued to update us when they would be arriving which took about an hour. Joe our service person was GREAT, unfortunately the weather conditions continued, he never stopped working, we asked him to come inside during the down pour of rain and he just wanted to keep going so we could get our power back. Before leaving asked if we needed anything. Amazing service, I would highly recommend FD Hayes. Service: Electrical wiring repair

Joe from HD Hayes is Fantastic! He did an excellent job installing additional outdoor lighting on my garage. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. He has a great personality which puts the customer at ease. He installed my lighting/fixture in a timely manner with no issues. I had to upgrade several panels and upgrade the transfer switch for my generator. Pat was great to work with but he was nothing compared to his crew James and Russ. These 2 were very hard working and very professional. What we all thought would be a 2 day job turned into a long one day job. James and Russ are a great team. There isn't enough that can be said about these 2 guys. They are hard working and take the time to teach the 3 additional guys that they had with them. I gotta say that the future of the industry is in great hands with these 2. Pat keep doing what you are doing. You have the best crew in the Lansing area by far.
