I found Family Rooter through a Google search looking for a West Lansing Plumber. The company looked to be a very highly rated, small local company and now I know why. If you are looking for a quick and honest plumber, Shawn is your guy!! Both times I called him, he was at my house to fix my issue the SAME DAY. He provides great service at a very reasonable price and I cannot say enough about impressed I am with his response time, ethics and expertise. He's my new plumber from now on! I highly recommend him to all.
He arrived 15 minutes after my text, cleared and cleaned the drain in less than 20minutes. Very satisfied. Would be my first call if I need the service in the future. Service: Drain cleaning
