We had a backed up pipe that was causing our basement drain to not drain. Sean / Shawn was amazing! Was able to make it out next day, working around my schedule. He texted me to communicate , which was super convenient as I run a local store & am often unable to get to the phone. He was SO nice, and put so much effort into trying to make everything work. We even got to just chat after the work, and he is just an honest, amazingly nice, very approachable guy. We thought he wasn't able to get the drain cleared, so he referred us to someone he trusted to have the line jetted. By the time they got there 3 hours later, the drain was clear & we could not re-create the issue. The company he referred said it's common to have latent resolution like that, and I am just so grateful that Sean (or Shawn, unsure of spelling) took the time & effort to snake each one of our pipes, even multiple attempts. Shawn was wonderful. Came right away (THE SAME DAY, after two other plumbers turned me down), kept us apprised of the fix for my frozen line, and did the repair quickly and professionally. He was very easy to work with and I'm very happy with the service. Call him, you won't be sorry.

I recently had Shawn come out to look at what I believed was a clogged floor drain. He was quick to come out and check out the issue. Once here, he was professional and thorough in his search to figure out the problem. He also made his explanations easy for me to understand.
