I called and spoke to a very nice woman in the office about what I was looking for, she called me back about 10 minutes later and was able to get me scheduled for a furnace inspection for my home sale. Josh did my inspection and he was on time (actually called and said he was running ahead of schedule, which was awesome!), professional, knowledgeable when I asked questions, and overall did a great job. We had a new furnace and for the first time A/C installed in August of 2011. From the first contact with Val and through the installation process they were very professional and informative. They did an excellent job throughout the entire process. During the ice storm of Christmas 2013 I called Val regarding running my furnace with a generator and he and a technician answered every question. I would recommend Total Comfort to anyone in need.
