Mr. Carr is highly skilled in many "fix it" disciplines, plus is courteous and professional while affecting the actual work or repairs. Equally important, he travels with a "mini workshop" trailer that he uses to do on-the-fly cutting or machining, so he doesn't have to interrupt or otherwise delay the repair process because of unforeseen repair conditions to go fetch a part or get a piece custom made by a 3rd party. Timely, does great work, and the quality of the job speaks for itself. Had a leaking doorway and the call for an estimate did not take long. After an assessment of the issue, a good estimate was given. Took a while to set up an appointment for the actual fix, but if they're this busy then that's another testament to the trust the community has in this place. Once the job was underway, it did not take long and the work done looked great. Gave it a few weeks to see if it would leak again before writing this review, but as of right now I haven't seen a drop. Would definitely recommend!
