Michigan Drain came to our house the same day we contacted them. Our egress drains (2) had backed up. They tried to unblock them but could not. They used a camera and showed us what was blocking them. They were very honest and said there was no sense in doing anything further because it would be a waste of money for what they were able to try. They referred us to the best company that handles replacing egress drains and water problems with a house.
