I feel the services person did exactly what he was directed to do by management, he was courteous and explored what was causing the drain problem, the tile is porous and intended to receive plus drain water to the sump pump but when fractured as it was during the jetting process will not function and create what is happening now, and the test performed proves that the deeper he dug the wetter the ground was so there is a fracture in the tile or a joint. "The job was paid for to resolve the problem, not create the existing problem and when you do you should stand behind your work & reputation."

You guys are the absolute best. Brad is our favorite, and we have life long memories of him digging holes in our old place that we're as deep as he was tall. The only thing we don't like is that you don't do roofing, carpet, painting, driveways, etc... Because we'd hire you for all those things too! Ha! We also appreciate your patience with us when we're struggling to keep it together. Thanks!!! Austin from Michigan Plumbing was great! He repaired a burst pipe and also replaced the main water shutoff valve that was extremely corroded, installed a new garbage disposal, and installed a freeze proof outdoor faucet.
