Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Rating of 1 star due to poor customer service. Did not inform me of drive time cost and wanted payment of $60 at visit. It is a very basic business practice to inform people of costs prior to charging them. Be forewarned if you use them. In addition, cost was very high for quoted service, with only a 1 year warranty and 1 revisit in case of problems. Pretty unfair if you ask me.

I recently had a service truck come out to look at an issue with my kitchen sink. Then tech was very nice and seemed knowledgeable, this is the reason I called an expert. He insists that I need to replace the hot and cold water lines. After this and $780 the problem was not resolved. I decided to take the faucet apart myself and it was a bad component in the handle causing No water to come out. This was a $20 fix. This was frustrating so I called customer service and expressed what happened. They offered a refund of $190. This was better than nothing and I was ok with this. Well after about 2 months now and multiple conversations with Connie the customer service manager I never received this refund nor can I get an answer why or much of a response. Just the run around. Needless to say I am very disappointed in the service and response/handling of said complaint. **Edit to 1 star review.** After leaving above review, rotor rooter did reply back and send the refund check.
