Some roots grew through my pipe and clogged us out to the street. I called several plumbers in the area and nobody was able to see any sooner than 48 hours. I called Roto-Rooter and someone was out here within just a few hours. He worked quick, cleaned the roots out, and even inspected the line to see how bad the damage was. Once he saw that the drain was in pretty good shape, he didn't try to push any additional services. It was affordable, and the staff was friendly and personable. Service: Drain cleaning

Update: Two months later and have yet to resolve this. I even filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they didn't even bother to respond to that. I don't understand how difficult it is to give an itemized bill. Absolutely terrible way to run a business. I had a sump pump failure with flooding in my basement (4/5/2023). To their credit, Roto Rooter was able to come out very quickly. However, I feel that I was grossly overcharged for the service. I had a new sump pump ($200) installed and a new check valve put in. Nothing else was done as when the sump pump went in, it drained all the water in the basement. I was charged $1,076. My basement was flooding and filling quickly so I paid it but I asked the tech if I would receive a bill with the cost breakdown and he said I would. I did not receive a cost breakdown. I contacted Roto Rooter on 4/6 and asked for an itemized bill and was put on hold for 30 mins. After getting back on the phone all they said was that they would talk
