I chose this company based on the MANY 5 star reviews. Robert and another man came out and restored the power to my garage door opener. While writing up my receipt, Robert asked for my phone. When he left, I was surprised to see that he went on google WITH MY PHONE and gave himself 5 stars. Yes, the work was done but this is dishonest. Service: Electrical outlet & switch repair
I was hopeful to get an estimate for updating lighting in our Fellowship Hall however Robert told me that they are not interested- unsure why a church was declined. He had no other details... nice guy though! **Update** Robert called me back after my review (and before his response) to explain that he declined my job because they were too busy to take it- not because we are a church. I agree with this part. We did have 2 separate conversations- this information was not provided initially. I thanked him for his explanation and reiterated that we want to update our lighting- no scope was provided. This could mean that we want to update 1 pendant light or 8 lay-in lights. The good news is- my "15 second" conversation with Robert landed me to another company in which I had an awesome experience with. I wish National Electric the absolute best. Asked politely for a quote, this guy said “ ah…. No, we don’t do quotes over the phone” couldn’t even explain the quick problem I had with my garage breaker, yeah needless to say, not doing business with rude people
