*A new AC system installed the next day!* This summer has been hard on us. We’ve known for a few years our AC unit was dying. Over the weekend our furnace was making a very loud humming noise and water was dripping from the bottom! Okay, we can’t put this off any longer- so we called AFM. They came over on Monday morning and hit us with the bad news- we need a new AC unit and if we kept running this one with our Nest thermostat it would kill our furnace (yikes!). The service tech was very knowledgeable and polite. I really appreciated how he explained what was going on. AFM was able to install our new unit the very next day! They also upgraded the wiring for the Nest thermostat so we could keep using it. If you have any HVAC needs call them first!!!!

Called them on 12/23, serviceman came out, took the 130.00 fee, told us we need a new furnace and never heard from them. They were going to contact us 12/27, still waiting NOT

AFM was great. From initial phone call to getting a new air unit installed. Kevin is a professional and every tech that came out for the install. Very courteous and clean.
